Aww, pretty. I like the background. I think I like Dragonair more than Dragonite now, though it didn't used to be so. I still love both though. I love how you did the orby things. I also like how the picture's sort of gloomy and misty looking, it adds a certain mood to it. It's very well done. Did you all of the drawing in PS CS?

Beautiful! :D The water looks amazing, and I love the pearlish things on Dragonair! :3 The fog effect is awesome, too. (If you were aiming for a fog effect, that is. ^^)
