Description

Only the all-time greatest water Pokemon to have ever existed :D! Supposed to be a Gyarados...summoning some kind of storm ^^;

Tried painting water myself this time...found it really hard to paint...the waves, splash - you name it :X! I don't know how some people do it!

Yet another piece inspired by rain. I love rain.
